I began my journey in the financial industry in 1989, driven by a "Serve First" philosophy that seeks to understand before being understood. By delving into clients' aspirations and addressing their "3AM Questions," I strive to bring creativity and clarity to their financial lives. My background as an entrepreneur and experience with successful business owners have shaped my approach to building and preserving security.

Engaging with people on matters important to them is central to my practice. I work to build trust, gather objective information, and uncover what truly motivates my clients. Collaborating with my team, we develop objective alternatives and educate clients on their options. The challenge of implementing these steps and hosting family meetings to bring everything together sets us apart.

What excites me most is the paradigm shift we help clients achieve. Business owners often lack the time to explore what we know, and it's rewarding to help them see more efficient, impactful ways forward. Reframing concepts and revealing hidden opportunities are key elements of our approach. My deep knowledge of business, investment, estate, and charitable solutions enables me to educate clients on unique, valuable options, ensuring their plans are implemented and serviced over time. As one of the first Certified Business Exit Consultants, I incorporate specialized knowledge and solutions for business owners. Trust is built by providing clarity and choice, which is often missed in the business exit planning process.

Family is central to my life. My wife, Cindy Stellar, was an attorney and a wonderful mother to our four children: Ryan, Lucas, Ricky (Emrich, III), and Marlo. As a proud grandfather to Rocco and Roya, I cherish my role as "Nono," inspired by my Italian heritage. I enjoy spending time with my sister and father, often over golf, football, or Formula One.

My passions extend beyond finance. I have been track driving with the Porsche Club for 25 years and racing with the BMW Car Club of America, earning accolades such as the PWR3 National Championship. I also enjoy skiing, golf, hiking with my wife and family, and exploring the beauty of the USA and Europe.

The adage, “You won’t care how much I know until you know how much I care,” encapsulates my lifetime of service. At Stellar Advisor, we pride ourselves on a multigenerational vision, working alongside my son Ricky (Emrich, III) to support caring families through the multi-trillion-dollar wealth transfer opportunity.

As a Partner in Equity Strategies Group, my involvement in mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and estate planning provides clients with the confidence to navigate their financial futures. My 35 years of experience and securities licenses have equipped me with the wisdom to guide clients through various market conditions, ensuring sound decisions for the moment and the long term.

I thrive on asking tough questions and pushing clients to embrace change, all while providing the education needed to realize their potential. The excitement my clients express when they see the results of our collaboration inspires me to continually seek new opportunities to serve.

My journey into the financial industry was inspired by my family. Watching my father grow our practice to support our family and achieve his goals instilled in me a deep appreciation for financial planning. Coming from a household of union laborers, his leap into this field encourages me to strive beyond the familiar. His experience and network demonstrated how financial planning can be pivotal for families in achieving their goals.

On the other hand, my mother's entrepreneurial background showed me the challenges of business succession. Many family businesses in our history weren't passed down, leading to familial strife. This understanding fuels my passion for coordinating business transitions, ensuring my clients meet me at the conference table prepared for success.

After forming a clear mission on who and how I will serve, I joined Stellar Advisors. My previous experience at Creative Financial Group has equipped me with unique abilities centered around education and empowerment. Building multigenerational relationships is a key part of my approach, helping families secure their financial futures.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I am actively involved in various organizations to add value to my local community. My affiliations include The Resource Group, Agribusiness Succession Advisors, and the Charter HS for the Performing Arts Foundation Board, among others. I am also a member of the International Exit Planners Association and the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau.

In my free time, I enjoy skiing, golfing, hiking, paddlesports, traveling, and camping. I am an outdoorsman at heart, with a passion for cooking, spending time with family and friends, and appreciating and collecting artwork.

As a Certified Business Exit Consultant and Certified Farm Succession Coordinator, I hold an undergraduate degree in Finance and Consulting from Temple University. My credentials also include Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as Variable Life and Annuity certifications.

Working closely with clients to help them make decisions that matter is my passion. I find joy in the daily learning experiences that come with each unique case, and I'm driven by the challenge of mastering new industry knowledge, products, and planning techniques. My journey into financial services was inspired by my parents, who, despite earning a good income, lacked the insight to save and plan properly. Witnessing their struggles motivated me to help others avoid similar pitfalls.

As a holistic planner, my focus is on understanding the full picture to identify any gaps or lack of coordination in overall financial plans. This comprehensive approach allows me to provide clients with a sense of security, knowing that they have an advisor committed to their best interests.

Originally from Connecticut, I've called Bucks County home for the past 35 years, with Doylestown holding a special place in my heart. My wife, Juliet, and I enjoy spending time with our two children, Fiona and Brexton, whether it's relaxing by the pool or enjoying a night by the bonfire. Our family shares a love for racing, and we relish traveling together to Formula 1 races.

Before 2018, I spent 16 years in the footwear industry, selling to high-end fashion retailers across the country. My ability to connect with people led me to pursue a career in financial services, where I could deepen relationships by helping clients grow and protect their financial futures. Building on core values of integrity, trust, and accountability, I am passionate about being a trustworthy and vital component of my clients' financial longevity.

Using a serve-first philosophy, my goal is to build lasting relationships and provide clients with the confidence that they have a dedicated advisor capable of securing their financial well-being at every stage of life. I hold Series 7 and 66 licenses and am a Certified Business Exit Consultant, equipping me with the knowledge to understand finance and its impact on clients' lives and businesses.

With 24 years of experience as a paraplanner, I have had the privilege of working with exceptional clients and colleagues. The most rewarding aspect of my role is helping clients achieve their financial goals and witnessing the positive impact of our collaborative efforts.

Growing up in a small town where everyone takes care of each other has instilled in me a strong sense of community and support. I carry these values into my work, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration with every client interaction.

I am passionate about the great outdoors, finding joy in nature's beauty and the tranquility it offers. This love for the outdoors complements my professional life, providing balance and inspiration.

I hold credentials as a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP), with an educational background from Kutztown University. Helping others achieve their financial goals is at the heart of my work. I take pride in overseeing the implementation phase of the financial planning process, ensuring each step is executed with precision and care. Another key part of my role is to ensure that all staff members are up to date on current compliance standards through broker-dealer and FINRA guidelines.

What excites me the most is the opportunity to approach the business from all angles, from planning, to implementation, to monitoring and reviewing, and to servicing. With financial markets constantly evolving, there are always new strategies to explore. Witnessing the plans our team designs and implements come to fruition and seeing the positive impact on our clients’ lives keeps me motivated and inspired.

I graduated from DeSales University in 2023 where I received my Bachelor of Finance and Bachelor of Economics, providing a strong foundation in both personal financial planning and economic analysis. Additionally, I completed the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP) Board Registered program at DeSales University, and I am actively working towards completing the remaining requirements to hold this certification. Currently residing in Bethlehem, PA, I enjoy hiking, traveling, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

In my role, I focus on enhancing the communications and marketing efforts of Stellar Advisor while supporting Emrich in maintaining strong client relationships. I assist with gathering essential client information and developing marketing and communication strategies that help build our company's presence. The dynamic nature of my work keeps me engaged, as I am naturally curious and enjoy the variety that each day brings.

Making people feel comfortable and building trust are central to my approach. I strive to be someone others can rely on, and I am motivated by the opportunity to continuously learn and adapt. My journey into the financial world began when I signed up for a state pension at 20 years old, feeling both confused and intimidated. Over time, I developed the drive to better understand finance and make informed decisions that align with my lifestyle.

Originally from Fleetwood, Pennsylvania, I cherish the memories of farmland and nature around my childhood home. My father's career as a truck driver allowed me to experience little adventures, riding in the rig and pulling the horn. I share a close bond with my parents, and my devoted partner Shane and I live in his grandfather's house, a family legacy. My family's support drives my dedication to working hard and succeeding.

Music and photography are passions of mine, with classic rock and vinyl album collecting holding a special place in my heart. I enjoy crocheting, yoga, and attending live music events, as music is a significant influence in my life. An animal lover and outdoor enthusiast, I relish time spent at the beach or in the mountains. As a member of the Fleetwood Legion, I am committed to honoring and supporting American Military Veterans, a cause close to my heart.
